Q: What is your refund policy?

A: If the item is damaged when you receive it, or is not what you ordered we will happily exchange it. If you simply change your mind unfortunately we do not have the resources to accept returns. If you are unsure or do want to raise a concern always feel free to fill out the 'contact' form and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Q:  Is online ordering safe?

A: Yes, we allow PayPal transactions to ensure a well known, safe alternative if you are uneasy.


Q: What is the difference between organic cotton & regular cotton?

A: We choose to use Organic Cotton for our clothing because it is a softer, more durable fabric and an all round higher quality material. On top of this it is also better for the environment. If you have ordered from us before you will notice the higher quality feel and fit compared to other brands who use cheaper cottons.


Q: Do I need a PayPal account?

A: No, you can also use a regular credit card.


Q: How long will my item(s) take to arrive?

A: Within Australia, after receiving your order confirmation email, you should expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days. International shipping however takes 3-10 business days depending on the country.


Q: Can I speed up my order with express postage?

A: We currently offer express postage for customers within Australia. Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery. To make use of this feature simply add 'Express Postage' located in products to your cart. Note that next day is determined from when the order is posted, not placed.


Q: I made a mistake, can I change my order?

A: If you're lucky enough to contact us before the order has been processed we will happily change it.
